Located in the heart of South Yarra is our tastefully restored 1886 Victorian building. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants, pubs and clubs, as well as entertainment venues and cinemas, you have a great base to explore Melbourne.

The Claremont has 77 bright and airy rooms, all with TV, wall heater, ceiling fan and telephone. Ample clean shared bathrooms are located nearby to rooms. All linen is provided, with fresh towels supplied daily.

If it's Day Tours you're after - the friendly Claremont staff will have you happy-snapping away at Victoria's famous Penguin Parade or Great Ocean Road faster than you can say 'cheese'! There are a number of great trips to take, so make sure you book at Reception during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You must contact the Claremont Guest House directly at least 48 hrs prior to 1pm day of arrival, otherwise one night will be charged. OTHER CONDITIONS APPLY DURING SPECIAL EVENTS (see below).

Min 2nts stay required. 31st Oct - 8th Nov 08 Balance of payment will be processed on Fri 10th Oct 08. NO REFUNDS after 6pm Mon 10th Oct 08.
NEW YEARS EVE
31st Dec 08 Balance of payment will be processed on Fri 12th Dec 08. NO REFUNDS.
AUSTRALIAN OPEN TENNIS
Min 2nts stay required. 19th Jan - 1st Feb 09 Balance of payment will be processed on Tues 30th Dec 08. NO REFUNDS after 6pm Tues 30th Dec 08.
F1 GRAND PRIX
Min 2nts stay required. 26th -19th Mar 09 Balance of payment will be processed on Fri 13th Feb 09. NO REFUNDS after 6pm Fri 13th Feb 09.
