We are located only about 8 minutes to the Old Town in Cologne, to the fair and Cologne Arena. The tram stop is 200 meters away. The Heumarkt (where the first major breweries are) is just one stop away! And yet we sleep quietly, because our house is located in a street with no through traffic.
If you arrive by car, parking can be found on public long-term parking spaces nearby for currently 3 Euros per 24 hours. Under the nearby Severin Bridge, about 400m away, there is also a great free public parking.
