El Gaitero is a friendly Asturian restaurant located in the centre of Madrid close to the Plaza de España. It offers excellent quality meat and fish cooked on a charcoal grill as well as regional specialities such as octopus and Asturian bean stew. The service is excellent and only surpassed by the quality of its ingredients.
