Inside, lizards writhe around the walls, while tiled floors, pavement dining and candlelit nooks add to the continental charm. Daytime dining attracts a chatty crowd of local workers, who tuck into a menu of Mediterranean cuisine and tapas-style bar food, with daily and monthly lunch specials. A bar on each floor, extended happy hours and an upstairs dance floor turn up the tempo in the evening.
