Award-winning chef, Dieter Müller has made his mark in the kitchen, serving up a culinary voyage exploration of the routes taken by Marco Polo; from Venice to China. On this journey of the senses, you can experience dishes such as tuna and pickled salmon with cannelloni, guacamole and ginger jelly, pork belly with carrots, bacon and cumin jus and a dazzling dessert of whisky-infused blackberries with coffee ice-cream and white chocolate foam. Three courses of this adventurous cuisine is £60 per person.
