The Boston Skyline Apartments is conveniently located in the center of an historic district in Boston & surrounded by many houses that were designed by Boston's early clipper ship builders. It overlooks the downtown Boston skyline & the harbor with a very nice south eastern (AM & PM Sun) exposure!

The Boston Skyline Apartments offers a unique custom designed fully furnished, private apartment, ideal for a single family or small group of up to 4. So the apartment is suitable for two couples, two single people or a couple and one family member or friend. Each apartment has two bedrooms a living room and a kitchen/& dinning area. In each bed rooms there is one comfortable queen size bed. Clean sheets towels & pillows provided, you are responsible to clean them there after in the washer & dryer in the basement.
The Apartment is very convenient and close to downtown Boston. Just 8-10 minutes walk to the Blue line Airport subway station and just 3-5 min minutes on the subway to AQUARIUM, STATE STREET & GOVERNMENT CENTER in the heart of downtown Boston.
The Neighborhood is in a historic district. Donald McKay's a clipper-ship builder's house is around the corner a block away from the apartment. The building itself is an Italianate row house that has been renovated. It is situated on the top of Eagle Hill. There is a large triangle for on street parking in front of the house.

Apartment #2 Second floor apartment This Apartment is by far the fanciest and has recently been totally renovated and has all the many features listed on the home page, including the jacuzzi tub. Back bedroom A: 1 double bed. Front bedroom B: 1 double bed
Its special features are: All new hardwood red oak floors All marble and granite bathroom; ceramic tile walls Koler whirlpool Jacuzzi tub All designer matching polished brass fixtures High 9 ft ceilings All new plaster and recessed lighting in every room All lights on dimmer switches for mood settings — over 30 in all!
The kitchen has high 42-inch red granite counter tops and deep double sink w/disposal and all new top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including high speed convection/heat lamp/microwave oven In addition there are hand-crafted all hard wood moldings and smooth contours throughout the apartment that give it an elegant appearance.

Security... front door video monitor to anonymously view visitors from the comfort of your apartment and decide whether to speak to them or buzz them in.
Apartment #1 Has two bedrooms Back room A: 1 double bed. Middle bed room B: 1 double bed There will be a charge of $35 for an additional person.
This apartment is on the first floor, it is a little smaller than the other apartments and configured a little differently. The middle bedroom is small and squished between the kitchen and living room. But this apartment has beautiful black granite counter tops and all new stainless steal dishwasher and refrigerator. Also every room like the 2nd floor has ceiling fans and lights. The kitchen has track lighting. There are also many dimmer switches and 9 Ft hight ceilings. There is not a Jacuzzi tub. The great thing about this Apartment is its very large porch which is nestled next to the top of a beautiful blossoming (in season) plumb tree. Two new hardwood floors. It is also very close to the washer and dryer in the basement. The video of this apartment will be posted on our web site soon.
Apartment #3 Third floor apartment Two bedrooms. Back bedroom A: 1 double bed. Front bedroom B: 1 double bed
(Appliances in this apartment are quite old and not stainless steel, the ceilings are lower; the bath room is mostly old small and Spartan. However this Apt has an enormous porch and by far the best view of the Boston Skyline. There are many windows and a couple sky lights so it's also a very sunny Apt. All old wood floors.)
The counter top is also old and worn. There is not a Jacuzzi tub. Please see the video so you have no illusions. The entire Apartment will be pained and all new beds and basic furnishings will be installed when current tenant is gone in the middle of Aug. If you have further questions please ask. This apartment is next in line for an upgrade.
A five minute walk from the Apartments, is the first Public library in the USA. Next to the library is Central Square, where there is a Shaw's, Blockbuster, CVS, Walgreen's, Radio shack, popular fast food places, a hardware store, many hair salons!

Please Note:
We require all Costumers/Hostelers to contact and communicate (e-mail/or a call) at the time of they're booking and again not less then 3 days in advance in regard to reconfirming your arrival time. If guest are going to be late or not come at all they must communicate this to us via email as well.
We must receive a minimum 3 day notice. In case of emergency, guest should call us.
2. Every reservation requires a $300 refundable security deposit for all tenants even if your stay is just three days. (These are fully furnished private apartments and kitchens with well over $1000.00 worth of easily removable items.) This is due upon arrival.
3. There is a $100 cleaning fee for all Hostelers short or long term (this can be reduced at our discretion based on our assessment of the state the kitchen and Apartment when you check out. This is due on arrival.
4. There is a $25. key deposit for each key. (refunded when returned)
5. The rules of the house are no smoking at all in the apartment, no dancing or loud noise /parties. This is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
6. No additional over night guests without prior approval. If approved each additional guest will be charged at the single bed rate.
7. This is an entire private Apartment not a single room or bed, so a 50% percent non refundable deposit must be made at the time of the booking, or with in a day after. The rest is due upon arrival.
