Karen S: "As a vegetarian this is my favorite mexican/tex-mex restaurant, not only in Dallas but nationwide. Started in Austin (where there are 3 locations), I hope they open more around Dallas. For vegetarians there is an enchilada plate, a cheese chile relleno (the breading is awesome), and a combo plate of each of those. All their beans and rice are vegetarian too. That's what sets this apart from all others. There's no reason for those sides to not be veggie. Watch out for the green chile sauce because it's not veggie. If you go around end of August/early September they have a special green chile festival menu. Sometimes there's veggie options, but not always. A don't miss if you come to Dallas. Their decor is funky and based on Elvis. Lots of color and fun. There are also 2 bars inside and patio seating when weather is nice. I suggest you avoid Friday and Saturday nights. They are very busy."
