Airport Accommodation The French Guest House is situated in an excellent location in a secure neighbourhood. For guests it offers a great swimming pool, internet access, meals on request, travel centre, day tours, and car rental. Staff is friendly and beds are comfy.
Facilities others stress can be taken for granted here. 20 minutes safe walk away is a new 68 000sq m shopping center, with an indoor flea market an even an ice rink that opened December 2004 - what more can you ask for? Closer by, 7 minutes walk, is a shop and a bottle store.
This cosy, clean and personal hostel has 2 double rooms and 2 en suite triple rooms. We are also located just 7.7 kilometers from the airport which means we are close enough for easy access and far enough from the noise! Airport pick ups and drop-offs are included.
So phone us when you will have recovered your luggage at 011 394 5245 for beeing collected. Note that we ARE 7.7 km away (less than 10 minutes) and not 20km's and claiming 5 minutes, taking 20.
We can assist you with excellent advice on day tours as well as Kruger safaris as we have been on most of them! We run some day tours ourselves but for others we use the legendary Jabo whose local knowledge on Soweto is just awesome as well as other operators.
So whether you want to chill at the pool or whiz around to the Apartheids Museum, Soweto, Rhino and Lion Park, Lesedi Cultural Village, Sun City, Gold Reef City or go play on the runway; we are the most affordable
