"At Le Moissonnier the way to the diners? hearts is through their stomachs ? and, indeed, this French restaurant based in Cologne has a real passion for fine food. The willingness of diners to try something new and the desire to discover the nuances of flavour means that the chef Eric Menchon is always exploring new culinary avenues. The king fish cooked with pineapple and lime salt, white wine and green curry paste, fried sushi rice with basil, fennel and confit rhubarb is just an example of the type of cuisine at Le Moissonnier where every dish is a menu in its own right."
