"A favourite with the locals, this restaurant by the sea, at the Villa Olimpica of Barcelona, presents fantastic views of the Mediterranean. This wonderful venue combines delicious food with live opera shows. Surrounded by antique colonial furniture and singers dressed in period costumes, you can try fresh fish or Vegetable Soufflé for starters, Fricassee for main course and Profiteroles for dessert. The menu includes, among other dishes, Iberian Ham and Foie Gras on Bread, light snacks such as Rocket Salad or Sautéed Vegetables, pasta dishes and rice cooked over coals, a method and meal unique to Agua. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, you can also enjoy performances by accomplished singers (bookings required in advance). With its quiet and cosy atmosphere, it is the perfect place to have lunch or dinner, whilst relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze."
